Rob opened meeting.
John spoke with Jennifer about bringing in another cabinet. The back room has been cleared out and a second cabinet can be housed there.
Brian taking GRR Rack Cards to ACS.
Fund some research into by-catch by commercial fishery? Mick to investigate at UVic and discuss with contacts at BCWF and World Fisheries Trust.
Sandy suggested start early to encourage and mentor members for positions on executive. Job descriptions have been received from three executive members; more are needed.
Dennis – Rack cards: Need to distribute more in a more systematic way.
Mick: Legacy Fund – Stay at $300.00 per project for Camosun. Matching Funds and Sustain Fund.
Update on McKenzie Interchange: Restitution and compensation for loss of trees in park. Ministry is being more forthcoming.
John Francis – Sidney Anglers is investing the possibility of a memorial bench for Clive. We should consider adding a plaque.
Ron – Put remaining fly-tying materials on sale to members on Jun 12 and at a fall meeting, perhaps as part of a Bring a Friend Day open house. Upgrade snacks for this day.
