Executive Meeting Minutes (11 September 2018)

Job descriptions for all exec positions will be sent to members well in advance of the annual general meeting on Nov. 27.The nominating committee will be approaching members to determine interest in running for executive.
The treasurer will take on responsibility for membership activities at meetings (sign-ins, membership count, sign-up of new members. A new membership director will be responsible for recruitment activities.
Next executive meetings will be on 9 Oct and 6 Nov.
James Bay Anglers club has dropped to 40 members, Art to contact.
John P. – suggested optional fishing workshops before meetings at 9:00 am, on topics like knot tying, rigging fly rods, salt water fishing, camping, gear maintenance, etc. Considerable discussion but no resolution.
Ron will coordinate fishing topics for Nov, Jan and Feb. Each executive member to give one idea to Ron.
