Ron: Shelves for Up Stairs Do work party on Meeting Day. On motion by Ron Duncan, seconded by Brian spend $150.00 on shelving. Carried
Dave: Spoke on being President
- Enjoyed being member for 2 years. Commented on sterling qualities of members.
- Project Manager by trade, Out Comes are a goal.
- Involved with school project of some time
Goals
- Socials are great. Enlarge them
- Do some outdoors work
Rob:- Elk Lake project
-Mature Cut Throat in Elk Lake. More work on O'Donnell Creek
-Choose stream for restorations – Contact Peninsula Streams
- List of Fishing Club in Victoria Area
Dennis:- Make a List of Island Fishing Clubs
- Contact other clubs to be on list
- BCWF Region 1, ACS, etc. Salt Waters Club
Brian: - to get list of ACS members clubs
Bob:- Speakers suggestions to Bob
Sandy:- Honour Members of GRR – Recommendation – On Club Website, names added at each AGM. Criteria:
- those who make a $1000 donation or more, minimum Past President, members who have been members of GRR for 15 years of more
- Hand out Trophies for Fishing yearly
- Have more fish outs
John F:- Table budget, keep coffee and social club the same.

Mick:- Donation should be into Legacy Fund
- Records of what we handout and where from
- Leader required
- Education – strongly endorse 2 kids to Camp,
- World Trust and Peninsula Streams support
- Steam Restoration is Peninsula Streams
