Sandy R – comments are available from Sandy R. Ron commented making broader donation base. See Guidelines as presented by Ron. Discussion by various members on Legacy Fund Committee. On a motion by Jim MacDonald, seconded by Dave Larson that we establish Legacy Fund Committee. Carried Barry Freeman volunteered to be on Legacy Fund Committee (LFC). Moved by Sandy seconded by John F LFC to use Draft Guidelines as presented and discussed.
Treasurer:Membership Secretary – will need to fill this position for 2020
Sunshine:John – doing well
Wynn – doing well
Winston – recuperating from Knee replacement

Speakers Program: Fund Raising:Hatchery/Fence:106,000 Chum Eggs collected last week. Would members like to see Egg Take this year. Will try to work a date in this Nov/Dec 2019
GRR clipped 5084 Coho on Monday. GRR has clipped over 1/10 of Goldstream Hatchery Coho. Propose GRR clip once in Jan and Feb. Sufficient volunteers that I will post dates shortly.
