Budget
1.   Line by line review to set budget for 2020.
2.   Legacy Fund, GIC, and Elk Lake fund should be shown on separate statement.

Fund Raising
1. Thrifty card  revenues for capital expenses - club matches donation.
2. John F. to purchase new computer and blue tooth mic and speaker. $2000.00 budget
3. Garage Sale  Dennis G.
    Committee to be formed – proceeds to go into operations.
    Gear donations proceeds go into the Legacy Fund.
    Pricing is based on 30% of the purchase.

New Business
1. Replenish business cards and rack cards .
2. After the Feb. 10, 2020 lunch will not be provided at fin clipping.
3. Bill T. BCWF board member is attending AGM and Convention  in Nanaimo. Dave Cooke may         also attend.   GRR to contribute $ 300.00 total to travel expenses.
