ITEMS ARISING FROM LAST MINUTES:
Barry asked that the proper forms be submitted to commence the legacy funding review be completed by the sponsors.
NEW BUSINESS:
Sandy M has agreed to lead the Elk Lake project efforts by GR&R
We will not be using the new location until at least January so we will be continuing with Zoom.
TREASURER REPORT:
John is arranging for an email address so members may do an on line transfer for their fees.
The cheques related for the approved legacy fund projects have been drafted and letters mailed.
SUNSHINE:
We require someone to take over the sunshine role.
MEMBERSHIP:
We should be actively looking for new membership.
FRESHWATER FISHING:
Was very quiet last week.
SALT WATER:
People have bee seeing fish jump at the Billings Split but few caught.
LIBRARY: Colin is maintaining the library from his house so any one wishing to sign out books please give a call to Colin noting a list of the books in the Library are on our web site
FLY TYING: Dave Robertson fly tying lessons continue on Saturday morning at 10 am. Should you have a fly that you would like to see tied please let Dave know.
SPEAKER PROGRAM:
If there you have any ideas on a speaker or would like to do a presentation to the club please let Bob C.
Know noting we will be doing zoom meeting until January.
HATCHERY PROGRAM / COUNTING FENCE:
Bill is working with the hatchery today and is up island and requested any one interested in helping out with the counting fence please send him an email. Counting will be Thursday mornings at 930am
ENVIRONMENT:
Mick brought us up to date on a number of initiatives he is working on noting this coming week he will be involved in a very important presentation to the CRD parks re Elk Lake.
SOCIAL: We will look into the possibility of an openair event at Goldstream Park
GILLIE CLUB: Nil
