GILLIE REPORT (DennisG): Cleaning fly line, was using commercial dressing, found need to clean line first, recommend google "Scientific Anglers fly line cleaning" and watch videos, also they sell a dual sided cleaning pad. Note put line into bucket, not onto carpet as will pick up fibres. Note cracks in line will enable water to egress and weight line, not good for floating lines. JimM says use product called "Fast Cast" with velcro strap and solution for floating line, use every time fishing with floating line. Old Armor All product is no good due to formulation change.

LIBRARY REPORT (ColinC): Library at Colin's house.
