- PHASE 1: Two week duration Blind Auction, can rebid, but cannot find out other/highest bid, bid cutoff Monday February 15 midnight. Bid by email (not phone) to John Francis via john@johnfrancis.net who will 1) collate bids, 2) report back at Tuesday February 16 Weekly Meeting, and 3) results to be posted here.
- PHASE 2: One week duration to increase bid, bid cutoff Monday February 22 noon, bids by email (not phone) to John Francis via john@johnfrancis.net who will 1) collate final bids, 2) report back at GRR Tuesday February 23 Weekly Meeting, and 3) results to be posted here.
- NOTE: Any lot questions contact Barry Freeman via BarryFreeman@Telus.net or home phone 250-595-6302.
- NOTE: No substitution, even if part of Lot not wanted, have to take anyway.
- SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS: 1) Send payment via cheque in mail to John Francis Treasurer or via Interac eTransfer to Treasurer@GoldenRodsandReels.com, and 2) picks up gear from Barry Freeman, who will schedule two times to hopefully catch all buyers.
