Executive Meeting February 14 2023

Zoom.
Fee increase: No fee increases for 2023.
Outdoor Show: Pictures from DFO. Mick to bring pictures to next meeting. Mike looking for laminating posters to decorate booth. $ 200.00 budget for outdoor show publicity. John Francis to come with business card cost. These can be handed out at outdoor show. Spinning rods to be auctioned off next meeting.
New Business: Sandy needs email pass word
Social. March 17th. St Patrick's Day Pot luck dinner. Bill Thomas to see if Esq. Anglers club house available.
Monthly Fish outs March 8th next. Donation jar to be at all future fish outs. Suggested donation $2:00 - $5.00. Fish outs to continue for spring and summer season depending on available members
New Fly boxes to be kept.
Email to be sent to John Pierce with new executive.
Speaker's Program Speaker's program director position is still open. Dave Cooke filling position until he moves.
Auction: All fishing gear donated to club will be auctioned off at next meeting. Unsold items will be given to thrift stores.
