Fresh Water:
1) Dale: Some lakes do not allow gas motors. As long as the gas motor leg is out of boat you are legal and can fish on an electric motor only lake.
2) Sooke River fishing was good. Dale caught 12, Coilin 12, Bill had good luck.
3) Tim was out Thursday, past Dales rock, caught 10.
4) Rivers are high fast now so be careful when wading

Salt Water:
1) Best place for Coho is Sooke bay or Constance Bank.
2) Yr weather report is quite accurate. Go YR on Google .The wind speed will be in meters so double it to find mph.
3) A Kayaker was reported to be catching Coho off the breakwater

FishOuts: Nothing planned.

Fly Tying: Fly tying this Saturday. Ozzi pattern called Magoo will be tied.

Hatchery: There are more Coho at the hatchery this year than anyone currently can remember. 500 were taken at the Shawnigan lake Mill Bay Creek. Contact Bill Thomas if you would like to help out.
