Treasurer: No Report

Sunshine: JohnG out and about but still visiting hospital.

Social: Dec 3 Tuesday 11:30: Christmas Luncheon at Cedar Hill Golf Club, payment cut off is today. Accepting cash donations for Gift Basket.

Membership: No new, annual fees due.

Fresh Water:

• BarryF: Fished Durrance Lake Friday, cold and dry and slow, and half dozen Rainbow.
• DaleS and BarryF: Fished Durrance Lake Monday, surface 46F, DaleS caught 8 from 10ft boat with electric motor,  initially full size Leeches getting a lot of hits but no hook set, think biting tail. Later switched tequila Booby-Eye, got hit every minute around 1:30, but no take hook. Floating line, then down-rigger but not deep, sinking line. Also landed on Doc-Spratley. Trolled fast to start and odd hits, slowed down with Booby-Eye and lots of bites.
• RyanA & BrianP: Prospect Lake, Ryan got 5, Brian scratch.
• SandyM & Lev: Boat fly fishing, battery failed. Lots strikes around midday, landed one. Sinking lines with Leech flies.
• BobC: Elk Lake, good strikes, lots of migratory birds.

Salt Water:

• TommyW, BrianP, JohnP: Nov 22 Sooke dropped Crab Traps at Sooke Rotary Pier, only keeper was 1 Red Rock (with only 1 claw) after 3 hours, tried clamming & mussels at Ella Beach and Muir Creek Beach, none.

Fly Tying: Held Saturday Nov 23 at JohnP house, 6 attendees, good tying, discussion, and cinnamon buns.

ACS: Meeting Wed Dec 4 at 7PM, DaveC attending.

Library: Not being used, one member's borrowed books outstanding.

Legacy Fund: RonD – Approved Guidelines.

Gillie Club: Spring Garage Sale, budget for printing Rack Cards for sale. Need support commitment from Members.

Speakers Program: BobC - Today's speaker is offshore VI Warm Blob. Next two meetings no Presentation.

Fund Raising:

Hatchery/Fence: BrianP - Pulling catch pen from river today.

Environment: No report

Website: Lots of updates to Forum.

New Business:

• President's Award: DaveC to decide based on Enthusiasm.
• BobC - 2020 Executive: AGM Dec 10, two positions vacant, Secretary and Sunshine, FideleS volunteers.
