Call to Order: 10:45 am

Membership: 24 members.

Ron reviewed his highlights of 2017, with particular mention of the 40th anniversary celebration hosted by Dennis and Wendy and organized by Dennis, Sandy Raven and Solange: John Pierce and his work on membership and the new and greatly improved website: the success of the Elk/Beaver Lake conservation work; the number of new members who joined over the year; and the increasingly effective collaboration and program-sharing with other local clubs. Ron thanked all members of the executive for their good work and support to the club.

John Francis offered thanks to Ron from the club for two very successful years as President.

Sandy opened nominations from the floor and presented a slate of officers from the Nominating Committee:
