  • Popular New Zealand fly for Take Taupo area for many years
  • Wings are pairs of two hackles
  • Tied on the sides of the hook shank

  • Hook: #10 Wet Fly - Mustad 5263
  • Thread: 8/0 Black
  • Body: Small Chenille (colour of choice)
  • Wings: Hen Hackle or Partridge beast feathers
