TREASURER'S REPORT (JohnF): No update.

FRESHWATER FISHING REPORTS (RonD):
1) TonyO: On Durrance Lake shore fishing on clear area of bank with blood worm fly. Also saw kids caught 3-4 trout on worms from dock.
2) ColinC & JohnP: Monday on Durrance Lake in float tubes, Colin no strikes, John trolling had 2 strikes on JimM's black with oil ver ribbing Doc Spratley fly on intermediate sink (no strikes on sinking tip), first lost due to poor knot, second was stolen by Bald Eagle, video here.
3) DaveC: At Elk Lake wharf, saw someone catch on boat near wharf 2-3 lb trout on black leech.
4) DaleS: Prospect Lake still cold, trout biting on everything across from boat launch on full and half sink line, Pumpkin Heads, Leeches, red and black and tiger barbed.

SALTWATER FISHING REPORTS:
1) SandyM: DFO around Victoria closed Chinook fishing in addition to Coho, only offshore is Halibut as of Apr 1. Will be very hard on Guides and Lodges.
2) RonD & BobC: Fishing ledge of Constance Bank, landed 4 salmon up to 8#, lost two at boat. Also got crabs.

LIBRARY REPORT (ColinC): No report.

AMALGAMATED CONSERVATION SOCIETY (BillT): No update.

GILLIE REPORT (DennisG): No report.

FLY TYING MEETING (DaveR): Next Saturday DaveR will demo Clouser Minnow, Bucktail Fly, Skulls.

LEGACY FUND (BarryF): No new requests.

WEBSITE (JohnP): Uploaded last Saturday's Fly Tying video to our GRR YouTube Channel. Will upload Bald Eagle sterling trout.

SPEAKER PROGRAM (BobC): See website Calendar for events, Mar 30 is "Our Fish Right Eared Brain" by Nicholas. Apr 13 is Dr Edward Ishigaro on new Infections Diseases.

VOLUNTEERING (BillT):
1) BillT: Hatchery, feeding fish only, not releasing fry until creeks at 10C.
2) BillT: Peninsula Streams held bottle drive on Mar 27-28 Sat Sun, total raised was $973.

CONSERVATION (MickC):
1) Conservation Economic Stimulus Initiative (CESI) have 80 applicants for 4 summer Intern positions.
2) Elk-Beaver Lake Fishing Dock Replacement: Made 15 min presentation + 30 min Q&A to Saanich Rotary Club on Mar 29, 2021 for possible funding.

NEW BUSINESS:
1) JohnF: Will order batch small 1" diameter stickers with back and front sticky.
2) BarryF: Will continue to store 80-100 coffee mugs.
