Treasurer: John Francis – no report

Sunshine: Fidele absent. Fidele is suffering from the side effects from a car accident. A volunteer is needed to take over from Fidele.

Social: Solange, Next event ST Patrick's Day Potluck Dinner - March 19, 2020 5:30 pm at the Silver Threads Centre . Remember to check the GRR Calendar

Membership: Barry F. - 1 new member joined last last week. Remember to sign in

Freshwater: Ron D.
1. Barry and Dale fished Prospect Friday – Dale got 26 to the boat, Barry none . Dale gave Barry a sample of a Tequila Booby.
2. Barry tied some flies from the sample, tried it out Mon. at Prospect lake-caught 6 – full sink line right out to the backing.
3. Barry brought in a sample of the Tequila Booby- check you tube.
4. Winston out for an hour in a float tube- 2 hits .
5. Roger reported on the Cowichan River high water fishing- brown – rainbows-1 steel head
6. March 11 fish out at Durance /alternate date March 13 - $ 2.00 hotdogs.
7. April 8 Fish out at Fuller Lake near Chemainus/alternate date April 10

Salt Water: Ryan A.
1. Bob C out Friday had a nice boat ride
2. Ryan reported that 15 and 16 lb chinook were caught off Fleming Beach.

New Business: Silver Threads will be relocating from our current address to Caledonia Rd. Therefore we must move with them, or find an alternative meeting place. The president asked everyone to think about an alternative location, and bring your ideas forth at the next meeting.
