Treasurer (JohnF): Treasurer recently emailed Feb and Mar Financial Statements to Executive.

Sunshine (FideleDS): Absent, DennisG to contact Fidele. ArtR in hospital, contact Sandy to support, RonD to contact with gift. TommyW wife injured, at home.

Social (SolangeV absent): No update.

Membership (BarryF absent): No update.

Freshwater (RonD):

• BobC on Langford Lake Friday, black leach near bottom, 3 trout over 2 pounds.
• BrianP on Durrance Lake yesterday morning.
• SandyM on Durrance Lake yesterday afternoon, cold, windy, 2 fly rods surface and deep, hits on deep, shore people catching!
• BillT on Langford Lake yesterday, 2 fisherman at boat launch said day before was great.
• BarryF, DaleS, & ColinC on Langford today.
• BillT & RonD fishing Langford Lake on Thursday.
• Matt at Robinson Outdoors have daily sales on via their website, and Matts excellent fly designs on website.

Salt Water (RyanA absent): No reports. Island Outfitters reports off/on.

Fly Tying (DaveR): Via Zoom worked well on Saturday, will do on upcoming Saturday.

ACS: No news

Library (ColinC, absent): No news.

Legacy Fund: No news.

Gillie Club (DennisG): Last year at Buttle Lake, boat swamped in big waves, using anchor rope with bungy cord, so can anchor in water and bring back in.

Fishing Trips

•   Talk to Ron D. about Knouff Lake.
•   Talk to Dave C. about Roche Lake.

Speakers Program (BobC absent): On hold until physical meetings restart.

Fund Raising (SandyM): No news.

Hatchery (BillT): Volunteers down but still managing. Ponded Chinook and Chum. Looking for funding Millstream Project, which is started construction onsite.

Environment (MickC, absent): Chat emailed out separate report.

Website (JohnP): No news.

New Business:

• Freshwater Fisheries installing Elk Lake fishing wharf.
• Silver Threads relocation to 902 Caledonia Ave, GRR materials being moved.
• Phone contacting all Members - JohnF coordinating will resend email.
• Times Colonist Relief Fund – JohnF mailed $100 cheque.
• Zoom Videoconferencing - Motion to pay for Zoom USD15/mon for up to 3 months, JohnP, seconded SandyM, moved. JohnP to implement.
• Donations - DennisG has two nice donated new Float Tubes for sale, to send out Chat email.
• Wanted - BillT looking for small 8ft boat trailer vs on roof. Advice that 1) could use "Tote-Um Pole (sp?)" made in BC to get onto roof of vehicle, and 2) send out Chat email.
