Good day:

It has been a long time since we have been able to get together in person. Silver Threads have advised that we cannot use their facilities until 2021 so we are proposing to meet in person at Windsor Park in Oak Bay on Wed Sep 9 at 10am. It is a very big area that would allow for social distancing . Every one would bring their own chair, mask, coffee and warm clothing. Windsor Park have a public washroom.

Since school is starting that week I am proposing for this time only to meet on Wednesday to avoid any conflict with the traffic related to schools. I have been advised that some private schools are opening on the 8th and I believe the Public Schools are opening on the 10th. I am looking for feedback on this idea and who could attend. If Tuesday works better we will make it Tuesday. So please advise me on your comments at Cookedr1@gmail.com especially if you can attend.

Regards!
