GRR EXECUTIVE MEETING November 3, 2020

GIFT MUGS: BarryF storing lots of Gift Mugs, will keep them.

ELK LAKE DOCK DONATIONS: Cash donations to be recorded for tax receipts. Need to meet and determine fund raising plan, accounts, etc.

DECEMBER MEETING SCHEDULE: Last to be Dec 15, 2020. Restart on Jan 12, 2021. Dave to issue dedicated Memo.

LEGACY FUND: Transferring balance of Elk Lake Fund to Legacy Fund in order to leave Elk Lake Fund available for Dock Donations..

FISHOUT DESTINATION TRIPS:
1) Buttle Lake, May 7 start, book campsite two months in advance.
2) Cluxuwe trip has to be booked 4 months in advance.

EXECUTIVE VACANCIES: Bylaws detail that President appoints Exec Selection Committee of 3, to determine slate for AGM. DaveC to ask last years' Coordinator SandyM to do it agin, target AGM before end 2020.

COVID CONNECTIONS: JohnF to send updated GRR Contact List and list of non-participating Members to be contacted by Exec.
