LAST MINUTES: Previous Dec 8, 2020 Meeting Minutes approved.

ELK LAKE DOCK DONATIONS: Pursuing lead for project.

MEMBERSHIP AWARENESS
1) Honourary Members: Reviewed, added ArtR & SandyR added as approved in Weekly Meeting.
2) Few new members last year. How recruit more? Could post GRR info cards at Island Outfitters, Robinson's, etc. Also could post in community newsletters. Need coordinator, will address at next Weekly Meeting.

PHOTO ALBUMS: BarryF to put in order. Subcommittee of WendyG (Lead), BillT, SandyM, & RonD. On meeting held to identify forward plan options.

CLUB MINUTES: JohnF to keep old paper copies, sorting and will store at BarryF.

COVID CONNECTIONS: JohnF to send updated GRR Contact List and list of non-participating Members to be contacted by Exec.

NEW JOINERS: IT letter to be send by JohnP.

PRESENTATIONS: Next Weekly Meeting to remind Members to please attend and to stay for whole event (courtesy). BillT to additionally invite attendees from other fishing clubs.
