Minutes of Last Meeting:  On a motion by Dave C, seconded by Wendy minutes of 13 Dec 2022 adopted as presented. CARRIED
 
Dave C thanked Bob and Bill for their efforts in organizing the GRR Xmas Party.  Dave C also mentioned he was missing a spoon, please check your cutlery.
 
Items Arising from the Minutes:

Sunshine: Wendy will be sending cards to Ray, Ryan, Colin and Chris/Wendy. Dave C will send Wendy address for Chris. Wendy lost her mom this week, condolences were expressed on behalf of the club. 
Poinsettias are being delivered sometime this week. Bill will assist.

Fly Tying: Fly tying begins 2023, Zoom on 7 Dec and in-person 14 Dec at John P. The club expressed its' appreciation for Dave R time, skill and efforts at keeping the club fly tying. It is really appreciated.
 
Hatchery – Hatchery is carrying on. 100K coho to be clipped. 140K Coho and 100K Chum to be raised and released.
PSS – Bill – recommend that GRR members view Staff Presentations on PSS website. Membership is $10.00 per year, join now.
BCWF – 11 Dec 2022 AGM was a success. 2 Resolutions were passed, Invasive Species and Seal Cull.

Gillie Club: Dennis: Gillie meetings after Club meetings in 2023.
 
Environment: Mick thanked Dave C for his excellent term as President and his support. He noted and thanked the GRR Exec and Treasurer for the hard work they do. Also, he thanked John P for his expert IT expertise, Sandy M for his many photos and Bill for his support. GRR is looking forward to a strong 2023.

Island Outfitters Boat Show – Dave C will enquire.
 
Dave C reviewed how well the club flourished with Zoom over Covid. He is looking forward to doing Speaker Program.
He thanked club for opportunity to be President.
