Treasurer: John – Membership renewal is almost complete

Sunshine:
Art – change back to sign in sheet check mark system, easier to determine who is not attending regularly. Send Sean Franklin Birthday Greeting.

Social:

• Sandy – Xmas Party – Annual Brunch, please contact Solange or Sandy.
• Gold stream Event – 40 attended, Good soup, made a profit.
• 2nd Cup of Coffee at meetings is included in the cost.

Membership:

Fresh Water:

• Too damm cold.
• Ron from John Pierce – Nov 30 – Power bait on hook no Luck, Langford Lake.
• Brian – very slow.

Salt Water:

• Ryan – caught 5, released 3 off Oak Bay Banks
• Thompson Bank – Chinook 2, 13 and 15 lbs this week.
• Constance Bank – 1 Chinook and 8 crab

Hatchery/Fence: No Change, still collecting Coho eggs. Fence is planned to pulled this week.

Environment:

• Mick – Speaker, Jan 15 – conversion to Fly Fishing Joachim Moehr
• Rob – Speakers booked to March 2019
• Back at 8 January 2019
• PICI – is proceeding well. 10 people working on the project. Meeting with PICI group, discussed financial concerns. The literature searches are expanding. What was carrying capacity, dam impact, water flow, urbanization, restoration efforts (eel grass plantings), four-fold classification of Cut-Throat Trout.
