MEMBERSHIP (JohnF): No news.

SUNSHINE REPORT (Wendy Gedney & Pat Psaila): Discussion.

TREASURER'S REPORT (JohnF): No report.

FUND RAISING:
1) Auction of gear at BarryF ongoing, JohnF sent out bid status, BillT to forward to BCWF Regional 1 Clubs.

SOCIAL (BobC & BillT): No update waiting for Govt Covid updates.

FRESHWATER FISHING REPORTS (RonD):
1) No fishing due to snow.
2) Heard that non-member caught and released 22" Steelhead with plastic worm at Bible Camp on Cowichan River.

SALTWATER FISHING REPORTS:
1) No activity.
2) BobC: Talked with herring fishermen at Selkirk Bridge, doing well.

CONSERVATION REPORT (MickC):
1) Elk Lake Dock Replacement: Saanich Rotary has committed to apply for funding, if raise funds then can build vs govt build. Motion to release $200 honourarium from Legacy fund for student to pull together application to Federal Govt for dock funding, motion passed. Planning meeting next Monday via Zoom.
2) Colquitz Fish Counting Fence: Montana's restaurant has offered Wifi, evaluating option.

VOLUNTEERING (BillT):
1) BillT: Hatchery, fish stopped eating when snow. 4-6" smolts distribution being planned.
2) BillT: PSS, working on signage where working.

AMALGAMATED CONSERVATION SOCIETY (BillT): No meeting.

FLY TYING MEETING (DaveR): Next Saturday spot lighting season Cutthroat Muddler Minnow & Rolled Muddler.

LIBRARY REPORT (ColinC): No report, will highlight a book next week.

GILLIE REPORT (DennisG):
1) Salt Water fishing on east coast, DFO requiring circle hook for natural bait.

SPEAKER PROGRAM (BobC): See website Calendar for events, Feb 23, Cheryl Alexander on Discovery Island's loan Wolf.

LEGACY FUND (BarryF): MickC to complete application form for $1000 towards Colquitz Camera funding.

WEBSITE (JohnP): Uploaded Presentation and Fly Tying videos to our GRR YouTube Channel.

NEW BUSINESS: DaveC to check on new club stickers costs.
