Elk Lake Dock: Dave C remarked that the proposals were proceeding very well, thanks to Mick's efforts with Rotary Club etc. Progress reviewed briefly.

Honorary Members Art and Sandy R: Question whether or not they be added to the BCWF list, as they are attending the hatchery.  Bill T. to check with hatchery if our members are covered by their liability insurance, and advise back.

Colquitz Camera Proposal: The system is a lot more than just a camera. Structures, and remote online access may be considered essential. Mick to advise in a month or so when that is more clear.

GRR Chatline: People are getting too many emails on non-fishing topics, exacerbated by "reply-all". Dave C to lay out guidelines at next week's meeting.

Zoom: Appreciation was expressed by how well Zoom has kept our club together during Covid.

Elk & Beaver Lake Recreational Advisory Group (included rowers, police etc.): Meets about twice a year. Mick advised that there is an opening on this committee, and feels it important that we fill the vacancy.  Mick to ask Sandy if he wanted to volunteer.  If not Dave C said he will be the candidate.
