FUND RAISING: No plans.

TREASURER'S REPORT (JohnF): Will pay BCWF Region 1 dues, have no received parent BCWF invoice.

FRESHWATER FISHING REPORTS (RonD):
1) RonE: Access at Ganora Park Cowichan River above Holt Creek above Shooting Range was green and skunk cabbage was out, both good signs for Steelhead fishing. River course has changed significantly, four favourite holes now filled with rocks. But no strikes.
2) SandyM: Elk Lake yesterday, landed one trout routing on #10 Pumpkin Head Fly
3) BrianP: Wed poor, Thur was better on green Pumpkin Head floating line long sink tip.
4) Sale: Langford Saturday: Chir fish nothing, trolling landed 5 trout.
5) DaleS: Monday Prospect: Slow until 11am, by 2pm landed 23 trout, trolling blue red leech.
6) SandyM: San Juan River behind Port Renfrew, it's a zoo for campers.

SALTWATER FISHING REPORTS:
1) No reports.
2) RonD saw Bamford guide report great Halibut fishing.
3) TonyO: Purchased fresh Halibut from Finest At Sea @ $65/kg, way cheaper at Thrifty's.

UPCOMING FISHOUTS:
1) Apr 8 Thursday @ Thetis Lake: BillT.
2) Apr 8 Thursday @ Prospect Lake 11am: SandyM, BrianP, ColinC, JohnP.
3) Mid May Buttle Lake (DennisG): 9 groups, water level was lower only in 2011, weather should be warmer and melt snow.
4) Late May Peter Hope Cabin (DaveC): Cabin booked and full with 4, cabin still available following week.
5) Late May Peter Hope Camping (RonD & SandyM): Planning 3 weeks at Peter Hope > Community Lake, SandyM son bring wall tent.
6) End July-August Cluxuwe FishOut (DennisG): No news from campsite to confirm bookings.

LIBRARY REPORT (ColinC): No report.

AMALGAMATED CONSERVATION SOCIETY (BillT): No update.

FLY TYING MEETING (DaveR): Next Saturday DaveR will demo Phil Rowley's Blood Leech.

1) JohnF: All club small and medium fly boxes received, contact JohnF to buy at $10. Will order batch small 1" diameter stickers with back and front sticky.
