Minutes from June 1, 2021 meeting reviewed

The discussion was about AGM preparation, executive recruitment ( especially secretary and treasurer), promoting more attendance at meetings. The format of the minutes as recorded by the Secretary was discussed - would a simpler format be better? Concern was expressed that the Zoom format is preventing some members from participating in meetings, and might not work well for potential speakers. Dave C suggested that the Women's Institue Hall on Royal Oak be investigated as a site for our meetings in future.
Thrifty Cards are the most important fundraiser for GRR and hopefully, action on this will occur soon.
