Review of last meeting minutes

Sunshine: Helen Wells passed (101) away after a  long and healthy life on NOVEMBER 9TH

Finance: John F will be sending out the year-end financial report prior to the AGM
Fishing Fresh Water: Dale was out on Prospect and had a great day last week using the bunny leach, Tan body with Grey head.

Salt Water Fishing: No reports

Fly Tying: Dave Robinson will be sending out an email for Saturdays zoom tying session

Volunteering:
Bill reported that the returns of coho were very good while the returns of chum were poor.
They have enough eggs for the school programs mainly because the requirement was cut in half.

Social: Our outing may be affected by the flooding Bob will look into this and send an email out

Library: Sandy now has the books in his Sydney residence

Conservation: No report

AGM: It was agreed that the AGM will be held on December 14th to allow for more time to obtain candidates for all positions
