ATTENDANCE: 21 Members, no Guests.

CONVENED: 9:30 am.

MEMBERSHIP (JohnF): No report.

SUNSHINE REPORT (Vacant): Discussion, President bought several cards and mail stamps, and sent out.

TREASURER'S REPORT (JohnF): No report.

SOCIAL (BillT & BobC): BillT & BobC agreed to take on role, BobC to contact BillT to organize.

FRESHWATER FISHING REPORTS (RonD):
1) RonD: Read that Stamp River near Port Alberni is busy.
2) BillT: European Nymph fished Cowichan River with Guide for 3 hours, 15km, landed 21 Browns and Rainbows, shore lunch. $450+tip for two.

SALTWATER FISHING REPORTS:
1) RonD: Reviewed BC forums, minimal fishing.
2) PeterL & BobC: Landed 7# Spring with mouthful of small herring from 50-70 ft near MacCauley/Saxe Point, lots crab.

FUND RAISING: Club Equipment & Materials Auction this week.

VOLUNTEERING (BillT):
1) Goldstream Hatchery: Fence submerged, fish going over. Have enough Chum for schools commitment. Installing 8 new tanks by end March.
2) PSS: Millstream fishway completed, 104 Coho up with new camera but bypassing due to heavy water flow. Nov 21 1pm grand opening @ Mill Hill Park.
3) BCWF: Sunday Meeting.

FLY TYING MEETING (DaveR): DennisG to demo destination flies for Buttle Lake on Saturday.

SPEAKER PROGRAM (BobC): JimM to demo knots. Dec 15 Jamie Night on Detecting Dementia Early.

AMALGAMATED CONSERVATION SOCIETY (BillT): No report.

CONSERVATION REPORT (MickC):
1) WFT: Craigflower meeting, three applications for funding made.
2) Gorge Waterway initiative: Meeting tomorrow night.
3) Elk Lake Committee meeting Nov 18.

LEGACY FUND (BarryF): No new requests.

WEBSITE (JohnP): Contact List password access still an issue, need to change address.

GILLIE REPORT (DennisG): Building destination presentation.

LIBRARY REPORT (ColinC): Will add seldom read/copies books to Auction.

NEW BUSINESS:
1) Dec 8 Meeting is AGM.
2) SandyM: Updated new Exec list with vacancies.
3) JimM: Recommend send out Christmas Cards vs Pointsettas this year to Honourary Members, PatP & WendyG to action.
4) Peninsula Streams has 40 min webinars starting today.
