CLOUSER MINNOW FLY

HISTORY
20210403 Demo'd by Dave Robinson, see GRR's YouTube Channel for recording.

COMMENTS
1) Originated by and named after Bob Clouser of Oklahoma.
2) Used in both fresh and saltwater on a wide species of fish.
3) Basically a streamer wet fly, weighted with dumbbell eyes tied to bottom, so that fly is hook up to reduce snagging. Additionally a weed guard (20# mono) pointing down can be added to reduce foul hooking.
4) Vertically flat shaped
5) Colours: Tied in a variety, chartreuse over white is classic Coho Salmon, purple over white and olive over white also good salmon. Freshwater use can use more gaudy colour selections
