1) Small ramp boat launch off Milligan Road, with Port-A-Potty, and couple picnic tables.
2) Kemp Lake road past Milligan Road, next road down to lake for small boats, no ramp.
3) Further around North side from forest.

FISHING
1) Electric Motor Only
2) Stocked
3) Jochen Moehr fished often, Barry Freeman fished.
4) Often fights between Ospreys and Bald Lake.

20200201 WFA guys have Fishout, did well with orange/black leach and pumpkin head patterns.
