On Feb 29, 2020 GRR Members met to tie Steelhead Spratley as taught by Dave R:

Hook: #8 3x long streamer
Thread: 6/0 olive or black
Tail: White polar bear
Rib: Gold medium tinsel
Body: Chartreuse embroidery floss
Throat: Natural guinea foul
Wing: Pheasant tail
Topping: Chartreuse polar bear
Head: Peacock herl
