2020-08-11>13 FISHOUT: Campbell River Area

On Aug 11-13 Members Dave Cooke, Christopher Wade, Colin Chadwick, and John Pierce spent 3 sunny & warm days fishing in Campbell River area:

• Lots of catch and release fresh Pinks in CR pools across from old pumphouse.
• JohnP tried buzzbomb fishing for first time at Discovery Pier and caught 1 Pink, guy near him landed 31 lb Chinook.
• Nothing in Quinsam River.
• Took 6 Pinks from just below junction of Quinsam River on last day, cleaned at Discovery Pier.
• Blue flies very successful.
• Dave, Colin, and Chris all fell into river on day 2, JohnP joined them for a Superfecta on day 4!
