ITEMS ARISING FROM MINUTES: Agreed Cards to Sunshine recipients, now Poinsettias and Cards as can deliver.

MEMBERSHIP (JohnF): No update.

SUNSHINE REPORT (Vacant): Discussion.

TREASURER'S REPORT (JohnF): As discussed in AGM before meeting.

SOCIAL (BillT & BobC): No report.

FRESHWATER FISHING REPORTS (RonD):
1) DaleS: On Prospect Lake last week, heavy algae bloom. Glass calm, lots fish rising past island, landed 19 trout, 7 ~ 16-17", rest under 12", no middle sized. Trolled #8 streamer 3X hook wet flies at 1.5 mph, water at 46F, intermediate sink, successful fly was tiger barred bunny leech (AKA Bunny Bug) with chartreuse thread head, tail really wriggles in water.

SALTWATER FISHING REPORTS:
1) No reports.

FUND RAISING:
1) Auction (JohnP): Donated Orvis Rod and Reel to start today, will send out email.
2) Elk Lake Fishing Dock (SandyM): Inter-club planning meeting held, have 18 months to raise funds, second meeting tomorrow.

SPEAKER PROGRAM (BobC): Today Richard Best video, Dec 8 second Richard Best video, Dec 15 Jamie Night on Detecting Dementia Early.

AMALGAMATED CONSERVATION SOCIETY (BillT): BrianP, no meeting.

VOLUNTEERING (BillT):
1) Goldstream Hatchery (TonyO): Daily maintenance, almost finished egg taking. Fence coming out today.

FLY TYING MEETING (DaveR): Next Saturday, including Cluxuwe Beach flies and safety issues and info.

LEGACY FUND (BarryF): No new requests.

WEBSITE (JohnP): Updated Fund Raising and Fund Donations Webpages and Past Presidents & Vice Presidents.

GILLIE REPORT (DennisG): Cluxuwe info in Fly Tying Meeting.

LIBRARY REPORT (ColinC): Reviewed several books.

CONSERVATION REPORT (MickC): Discussion.

NEW BUSINESS:
1) JimM: Annual Christmas donations discussion, more difficult collecting groceries, agreed for Members to direct donate.
