GRR EXECUTIVE MEETING December 8, 2020

ELK LAKE DOCK DONATIONS: Extensive discussion on GRR's involvement, agreed to not take lead fundraising role as 1) do not have club membership support, and 2) do not have members willing to take full time role.

MEMBERSHIP AWARENESS
1) Legacy Fund: For clarity, need to review guidelines with club membership.
2) Honourary Members: Need to review with membership.
3) Club History: Put out photo books at future Face-2-Face meetings.

PHOTO ALBUMS: BarryF to put in order. Subcommittee of WendyG, BillT, SandyM, RonD to identify forward plan options.

CLUB MINUTES: JohnF to keep old paper copies.

COVID CONNECTIONS: JohnF to send updated GRR Contact List and list of non-participating Members to be contacted by Exec.
