MEETING CALLED: 10:35am

CHAIR: DaveC.

SECRETARY: JohnP.

ATTENDANCE: DaveC, BarryF, BobC, JohnP, TonyO, SandyM, MickC, DennisG.

PREVIOUS MINUTES: Sept 21, 2021 Meeting Minutes Approved.

LEGACY FUND: Proposal $1000 commitment requested to 1) WFT & 2) Juanes Lab UVic (Pacific Salmon Foundation Proposal) for "South Vancouver Island Urban Salmon Trend Analysis". Vote = Approved.

2022 MEMBERSHIP FEES: Proposal to keep Fees same as last previous 7 years as ~half of funds used for BCWF Membership/Insurance. Vote = Approved.

2021 AGM: BobC following up on volunteers for Executive Positions.

MEETING ADJOURNED: Adjourned at 10:52am.
