Minutes of Last Meeting:  On motion by Barry, seconded by Mike G, minutes adopted as presented.
 
Items Arising from the Minutes:
 
Treasurer: John F.  NOTE: Cheques will be issued for BCWF, Badges. Annual dues and list coming. Letters to be sent to those who haven't paid dues.
 
Sunshine: Wendy in California, enjoying trip. Ryan in hospital, send card. Dave C will visit. John F has shingles.

Social: Bob and Bill:
We are having our Christmas Potluck

GRR will provide turkey and stuffing. The kitchen is available, and the oven works.
Please RSVP and tell us what you are bringing.
We need to know numbers so we can order the correct size/number of turkeys.
Bring your own beverage, crockery and cutlery.
 
Membership:
 
Fresh Water: Dale, fished Cowachin, no coho. Bill, Stamp River Steelhead 8 lbs and a smaller one, 2 lbs. Ron E, Stamp with Murphy Sport Fishing and other locations, good fishing.
 
Salt Water: Springs around Sooke Bluffs and Beecher Bay
 
Fly Tying: Zoom: Evil Weevil Mayfly Pattern Good Cowachin Pattern this Saturday, 10 Dec 2022. Coffee at 9:00 am, fly tying at 9:30 am
 
Hatchery – finished collecting brood stock, 110K Chum, over 140 K coho
PSS – Bill – Staff Presentation, details to be sent out.
BCWF – 11 Dec 2022 8:30 am at Esquimalt Anglers Association (EAA)
ACS – meeting tomorrow night
 
Library:  Book are at EAA and available

Gillie Club: Dennis: Has a display of Lake Cowachin flies.
               
Speakers Program: Speakers for 13 and 20 Dec 2022, see GRR Calendar Good attendance is important when we have speakers.

Environment: Mick: Providing grant sources to PSS, Oxygen for Elk Lake is proceeding, submitting various articles to different sources, Year wrap up next week.
